Mushroom Soup:First Raw Dinner in DK (made by me)
Got a new apartment to live in Søborg, not far from Copenhagen.
Till now I have been eating with friends and raw food has been quite difficult to get or make. Went to a local shop and bought some veggies and decide to try my new kitchen and make my first raw dish in Denmark.
The food processor was quite fast and I got a few "flying bits" around the place but I manage to create a nice Raw Mushroom Soup.
