Lunch at 42 Raw
The food at 42°Raw was "designed" by chefs Bo Lindegaard and Lasse Askov. The menu is based on food from the season, all organic. They serve salads, smoothies and sweets and special dishes like Raw Pizza, Raw Sandwiches all well presented, very tasty and if you choose "Take-Way" you get a nice biodegradable packaging. It's a cosmopolitan atmosphere mixed with nice music and nice people (specially the girls...eheheh - Danish women are beautiful, I have to say).
My Lunch
I had a lovely selection of "tapas" that include a bit of Pizza, Sandwich and Avocado Salad with Hummus.
