Raw Mayo and "Chouriço" Cream
Raw Mayo
2 ts raw organic coconut milk
1 ts olive oil
1 ts lemon juice
Salt
Preparation - blend it
Chouriço Cream
4 brown mushrooms
1/2 ts cumin
1 ts lemon juice
1 ts olive oil
1 garlic
2 ts dryed tomato
4 basil leaves
Salt
Preparation - blend it
Serving
Cut an avocado in cubes and lay all the above into lettuce pieces
Chouriço
Chouriço is a spicy portuguese smoked sausage, made with pork meat, pork fat, garlic, paprika and salt, and slowly dried or smoked. Some variations have cumin too. The Jewes invented a vegetarian version made with flower instead of meat. I invented a raw vegan version...LOL
